    Welcome to Ferrari Chat, Dale;

    As far as I know, the 348 never came with a factory installed radio, it came with the wiring harness and the speakers. Early cars didn't have antennas installed from the factory, later cars had the antenna imbedded into the windshield glass, with an antenna amplifier. You'll see 348's with the antenna mounted on the roof, or on one of the rear fenders, or with an adhesive mount antenna on the windscreen behind the rear view mirror (like mine). The antenna cable should depend on what type of plug is on the back of your radio and on your mast, and where the antenna is mounted. I would think that any good auto sound store could supply you with a cable of suitable length and fittings to match your needs.

    My car has a roof antenna (factory as far as I know). The radio that was fitted by the PO used a screen mounted active antenna which was useless - I pulled the wire through from the roof mounted one and that works great.

    The cable is to it is just standard coax, you can get it anywhere.
