I for one would like to see the UK section recover and grow, I beleive there are many 'Gentlemen' Ferrari owners/ Enthusiasts that would like to return. It will take a while for it to grow but imho giving any space or credit to ufo is just prolonging the problem, whichever way you look at it he is a troll, all his posts are intended to get peoples backs up ie this post, he only mellowed his subsequent posts after criticism from other posters, had they not have shot him down I can just imagine the "well I bought a BMW and it will still be worth what I paid for it in 5 years"

If you want the UK section to grow get rid of this troll, whether he owns an M3 or not is no longer the issue (although I suspect he is a 12 year old who's Neighbour, Dad, mate, brothers mate etc owns an M3 !)

ask me a question that only an M3 driver & owner would know, and I shall prove to you that I do have one of these exquisite vehicles.

UFO, the problem is you came on here wanting to buy a 360. Alot of people gave their time sharing knowledge and answering questions.

Either you were just wasting everyones time, or you realised you couldnt afford the 360. Either way what you did next makes me feel you deserve everything you get now.

From my point of view (and probably many others) you wanted to pitch your tent in a place you clearly desired. Once you realised you had reached to far, you pitched it a bit further down. And then decided to drop your pants and piss all over your neighbours (the same neighbours who helped you in the first place) because they have something you could not. Far from being gratefull for their assistance you have continued to harrass and jeer them where ever they go.

You go on abt depreciation, useability, etc. Those same questions could be put to you about your M3. A guy in a £500 escort can go just as fast as you in most circumstances. Will suffer 0 depreciation. Cheap maintenance. Cheap insurance. And doesnt have to worry about parking his car ANYWHERE. So I guess you "feel sick and foolish" too?

I'm sure I heard you paid 30k for an M3, look what I found. I reckon you'd get this for 16k. Who feels sick now :)

Y Reg BMW M3, 2 Doors, Manual, Coupe, Petrol, Blue, ABS, Adjustable seats, Adjustable steering column/wheel, Air conditioning, blah, blah, blah, This car is in fantastic condition for the age and mileage. This car is readvertised due to a timewaster and is an absolute bargain!!! £17,495 ono.

Got shot of my M3 after losing GBP18,000 in as many months. Now owned my 512 for nearly a year and lost...probably nothing! watch the price of the current M3 bomb further when the V8 version appears in about 18 - 24 months time!

I bought a new M3 convertible with 19 inch wheels but no sat nav for £42k in 03. Sold it 14 months later for cash to the same BMW dealer for £38k. 10% down for a new car in my book was a result!

    Clearly the market has moved.

Just like with many things in life, timing is crucial!

BUT enough about depreciation, parking & security worries.. its all secondary,

I drove my 360 around yesterday (quite slowly actually as it's quite icy around here) but i was grinning from corner to corner, anything that makes you smile that much in 1 day is got to be worth investing in, I absolutely love it!

Right, I really am going the pub now! cheers, everyone!
