Thanks Frank, I'm the one who is honoured that you like my work, and helped me out!!! Now I just hope that Armen likes the work so far, as well!!! I have a hard time keeping Tina from drooling on this drawing Best regards Carsten
Thanks very much Alexander, Greetings to Kelly, Mathias and you from Tina and I, we hope to meet you again soon Carsten
Carsten, as an architect I've seen lots of great pencil/pen work...but I must say this...your work is stupendifying!!
Hi Iskandar, I'm sooo overwhelmed by your compliment, thank you very much! As a youngster I dreamt about one day becomming an architect, or an engineer/car designer, but nothing ever became of that as I did not feel like studying anymore when I finally graduated from public school .....so now I'm doing for a hobby what I want to do, and what I do best.....cars!!! Best regards Carsten
Carsten, How very cooool! I wanted to be many things in my youth. One desire was to be a graphic artist, but once I shook hands with Glen Livet and John Walker, the hands never stopped shaking. 2 questions: 1) Are you working in Pen? Ink? Both? 2) What is the size of the drawing? Actually, I guess that's 4 questions... I'm enjoying the 'work in progress' aspect--please keep it up!
Okay, things are cleared up now, and it seems my subscribtion has expired, so Tina (Mrs_Bugattiart) will be posting the last pics of the evolving drawing until it's been finished! best Carsten
Wow, I'm really enjoying this. I wish I could draw like that... Maybe not, Thats all I would do; Draw Ferraris!!!! Thanks again!
Thanks Armen, I too am enjoying this very much! It's been my hobby since many years now and I still really like to do this Best Carsten
Thanks a lot Keith, 1) I'm working exclusively with an ultrafine "Pilot Drawingpen DR pigment ink" with a tip only one tenth of a millimetre thick, so a lot of lines goes into each drawing, and patience is very much required to do this kind of drawing! 2) The size of my paper is A3 or 29,7 x 42 centimetres or approx. 11,7 x 16,5 inches.....not small, not big, but just the right size for an office wall or to hang in the livingroom Best Carsten
Coming along really nicely! I was waiting for you to come up with something new, and this 288 GTO made the waiting worth while! Next up: Alex´ 410 Superamerica?
Thanks Marnix, The next ones in line are already chosen , and the 410 Superamerica is not one of them......perhaps later! Best Carsten
I reeeally love the way this drawing turns out I really wish that others also could see it happen, first hand, like I can!! Photo's just doesn't make justice enough to the drawings.... but I guess that's allways a problem when you try to show tiny lines via a photo I look forward to see it finished!!
Thanks Brian, Your compliments are really appreciated! New update on the 288GTO a little later today.....
Update 9... Still not finished... the rear still needs some work And the shadows will grow further! Also the visible parts of the interior will need a little more work Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
