Hi Guys, I'm wondering how difficult it is to fit your own test pipes to the 348? Does the bumber need to come off? I've got a good set of spanners and a free weekend!! Thanks Mark
I've done it only with the bumper off but it probably could be done with the bumper still on takes me 2-3 hours or so (since this is a repeaated process only for use on the track)
Piece of cake! I did it in 3 hours on my F348 without removing bumper. Don't forget massive amount of WD40 to loose nuts and bolts. Picture attached before mounting. Good luck. Philippe Image Unavailable, Please Login
...Sorry wrong attachement in my previous post. Here is the good one. Since I replaced my Tubi test pipes by Hyperflows let me know if you are interested by the test pipes. I would be selling for pea nuts... Philippe Image Unavailable, Please Login
Actually, instead of WD40, I would recommend spraying all the exhuast bolts with "PB Blaster" the night before your service work. If it's available in the UK, it is hands-down, the best nut penetrant on the market. http://www.clean4less.com/Product/Result.asp?Sku/clean-eqPB%201007 -Daniel
