    $329,000 before tax.

Got a few questions for the pro's.

Should I put a clear bra on the front for road chips?

I already scraped under the front bumper(dip in the road), but I guess this will happen eventually and can be touched up before sellling?

Any good tips I should know? Anything custom I HAVE to have?

How often should I drive this puppy, I put 600 miles on it in about 150 miles on it so far in town and around 300 miles when I drove it back from LA.

    Thanks!

Congratulations and welcome! Pic's are always appreciated.

Clear bra will help with chips. Scrapes are a fact of life, just retouch on sale, but some owners add skid plates that may help.

    I was driving a Porsche Carrera.. 2001

Go figure sounds like alot of people go from Porsche to Ferrari. I haven't driven a Turbo or GT3 though so I don't know the comparison. I was gonna get a Murcielago, but I've always loved Ferrari's since I was like 8.

Get the clear film done by PREMIER. I have not seen anyone else close to their level of effort. I pulled off my 3M film done by "others" and had Sam and crew re-do my 355 spider last weekend. PERFECT!!

Ace- beautiful car! Caongratulations- I can tell from your smile you are a happy guy. But that parking lot doesn't look too "ferrari friendly" at exit to the street- be careful, as it's a little more expensive to fix than the Porsche :)

I've heard a lot of people throwing prices on 430 spiders around but they haven't "been there, done that" which kind of irritates me. I think demand is still incredible for these, at least in California, and it looks like you found a beautifully optioned car.

I'm curious though- how many miles when you picked it up?

Have fun with your new machine,

    Eric

Congratulations on a gorgeous car! I opted against the clear bra on my 360 Modena; there are threads that weigh the pros and cons and I just ended up siding with the cons. You might want to check out those threads for input. But I did add a skid plate under the front of the car. Makes me feel better when I scrape it! After all, it is inevitable, especially in California.

Ace, feel free to shoot us an email ([email protected]) or pm if you are interested in having your 430 wrapped. As many F-chat members already brought up, we specialize in custom wrapping, which eliminates the seams that are visible with pre-cuts.
