I had located a thread a while back that had several pics of someone performing an oil change on a 308. They also had osme very detailed instructions. I have been searching for this for a while tonight and couldn't find it. Does anyone recall seeing this or maybe know where I can find it?

    Thanks,

    Matt

you might also search "Liquivac", there are several threads. I tried it and love it. I won't used it every time so I can drain the gunk BUT it sure is convenient and you don't have to jack up the car.

Mr. White, think the 308QV uses two 10mm hex-head drain plugs (cannot speak to earlier). In the past I have seen postings of confusion in draining transmission & overfilling engine so ensure to confirm first.

    PM me:

    [email protected]

and I'll send along entire (328) article with pictures.

    Best,

    :) Carl

I just used mine for the first time this past weekend and loved it. Now I just need to find a tool that is good at putting gear oil into tranny. Man did I make a mess.

I just rigged a funnel with a piece of hose and tied it to the rear deck lid while filling it through the transfer gear top hole.
