What model 348 (spider, ts, tb)? If it's the spider, there is a feature that automatically lowers your windows by 3cm (to make it easier to open/close your doors).

If so, then you can disable that feature.

    His profile says it's a 348tb.

Still, we need more information. 3mm is less than 1/8". Are you saying that the window goes up normally, then stops 3mm from the top? Or does it go up too slowly and simply "run out of steam" before it closes all the way? Can you grab the glass and pull it up the last 3mm?

Like Ernie said, your English is good enough to make your point, and we would be happy to help if we can. The door windows are a common problem on 348's.

Is the speed of windows okay? Do they slow down as they get to the top?

If they are slowing down as they get to the top you may want to try adjusting the window guide at the and of the door. It is the black triangle shaped piece. There are some allen screws on the side of the door. You can see the screws when the door is open. They are right by the red, open door, light. Loose the screws, roll the window up, adjust it to where you like it, then tighten the screws.

Try that and see if it helps.

On a side note, I like the Puma's. I have been trying to find a black suede pair with the SF sheild on the heal in my size, but they are always sold out.

My passenger side window would not travel the last 8mm (on top rubber seal) until I rewired the door connectors. The cables were breaking up at the pins increasing the electrical resistance. Windows are much faster now as well.
