if you've got the space a carcoon is probabley best as it keeps air flowing over the car, the downside however is you end up with a car shaped space hopper on your driveway :D

Specialised Car Covers do a custom fit cover. It's breathable, doesn't fade in the sun, doesn't mark the car, and you can put it on when the car is wet.

I had one for my P6 and then my Mondial - they are very very good.

Will set you back about £300 or so. Make sure you get the outdoor cover though ;-)

    Cheers,

I used to keep my 355 spider outdoors and used a Covercraft Weathershield cover. It was excellent, really compact when packed away and the material had this excellent finish which made the rain just run off it.

Cost me £315 with roughly a 3 week wait.

I would recomended attaching some extra loops to hold it in place as mine use to come off at the front and back in high wind conditions. I attached 4 extra loops (2 front and 2 back) and never worried about it again.

Not got one, but read up on it when I thought I might have to store the Mondy outside. I think for the money it would be well worth looking at the Carcoon.

However like Andrew says, a space hopper on the drive will attract more attention than the Ferrari itself :D

Trying to get the missus a permabag for her MX5 this winter as I chucked hers out of the garage last year :(

Failing that I could put her in the permabag, her car in the garage and my Mondial in the house... that would be cool.

I keep my 348 outside and use a cover to keep the water off her, it is absolutely brilliant and it cost less than £200 in the trade.
Contact me if you want me to get one made for you as I am in the motor trade and can get you one at the trade price...
