I have been warned by the Ferrari dealer (as usual, they want them to remain bone-stock) that adding appropriately-sized wheel spacers to my 360 will have a negative effect on the suspension geometry in concert with the chassis. I am upgrading the wheels to 19" OZ Superleggera 3-pc with an offset similar to stock (as you all know, the OE wheels have a slightly sunken-in look vs. the fenders) and to acheive the "slight bumped-out" look i had with my wheel-spacer equipped 355, i would like to add Eibach wheels spacers.

Does anyone have any feedback regarding this?

    Thanks!

Well, of course first there is the issue of wheel bolt length.
And they're correct; the car was designed with a particular geometry in mind, the distance between where the kingpin axis intersects the ground and the middle of the tire is known as the scrub radius. Altering it will have an effect on how the car drives and your steering feel. Modern cars "all" have a small scrub radius because if you get into an ABS event on one front, a large scrub will make the car try to jerk the wheel out of your hand.

The dealer and don_xvi are right: altering the wheel offset will have significant effects on suspension geometry, not to mention wheel bearing loads.

Before you go messing with your suspension geometry for the sake of looks, consider doing some research into what effects you are causing.

Those are just a starting point, but will certainly help.
