For those of you interested in Fiat Dino's, as BryanP mentions above you want to suscribe to "The Other Dino", Wallace P. Clark, Editor. He is also the Fiat Dino Registrar. He can be reached at [email protected]. Subscriptions are 25$ per year or $30 outside the US. Subscription begins Jan. 1 through Dec. 31. 6 issues per year.

    These are great little cars!

3 places to be if you are into FIAT Dino's or interested.

    1. The Other Dino run by Wally Clark (address and info in previous post above)

    2. Yahoo Dino mailling list, its great with a great bunch of people. http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/fiatdino/

    3. http://www.dinospider.com/ its a brand new web site, Dino forum only has 3 members right now and no technical messages have been posted but there is information on the cars.

There are also several FIAT Dino owners here on F-Chat which will probably speak up.

And to answer your original question, I know of no 2.4's for sale in the U.S. at this time, the 2.4 is pretty rare and don't come up for sale too often. The 2.0's show up.

If you don't mind buying one in Europe AND you can speak German, here are 12 FIAT Dino's for sale, some Coupe's, some Spider's, both 2.0 and 2.4.

not to say that it won't happen, but odds are against finding one in this country. a 2.4 that is. simply a matter of supply. troll every source you can think off regularly. that said, steve hubbard's is for sale again in the other dino. one of the auction houses in europe (i think coys) just had one go through or the event is any day now. good luck. great car. great community. i also suggest the mike morris book and the jean gabriel books. but mike morris book is the bible for dino fiats.

hmmm - i can't find my stash of "the other Dino" newsletters. but Ney posted the contact info. I have theJean Pierre Gabriel book "Fiat Dino" (in italian). I looked at it this morning and I had forgotten exactly how rare the 2.4 spider is:

    Fiat Dino Spider 2.0 - 1163 made between 10/8/66 and 12/68
    Fiat Dino Spider 2.4 - 420 made between 9/69 and 7/15/72
    Fiat Dino Coupe 2.0 - 3670 made between 7/67 and 12/68
    Fiat Dino Coupe 2.4 - 2398 made between 4/69 and 6/72

if you go to http://www.dinospider.com/ and click on "Dino Map" That will show you where Dino owners are, most 2.4's are still in Europe.
