Alrighty..... here is repost of a post I made in the The banned list . Venus has been a PITA for the mods and for a while seemed to be purposefully like starting totally off topic threads in GD and then there was a a nasty thing she started with Wayne (somewhere in this thread I believe)......

If she actually does something that warrants banning.......... to be quite frank you guys are probably her best friend in that regard, at this point she would have to do something pretty bad to get whacked. It would be rather unfair to ban her without a damn good reason when she gets flamed by you guys all the time mostly for being weird. We turn a blind eye to the flaming because Venus seems to bring some of it on herself and her obnoxious attitude towards Wayne hasn't exactly endeared herself to the mods. She posts some oddball stuff in threads sometimes but one post really isn't such a problem as ten following posts making fun of her and basically hijacking the thread which means I have to move a bunch of posts to the flamewar thread.

I don't really care much for Venus but I do my best to be fair in moderating
