Around here, we help each other out during winter as a common courtesy (although I wouldn't be so sure about plow-truckers).

Well, I didn't see this until it was a couple pages long, but now I find myself checking this board every day to read the rest. We need part 4 . . . . . .

 

I'm on vacation checking this thread hourly....time to get a life I guess.

 

Worse than waiting for the new episode of my favorite shows! Can't wait to hear part 4!

i sure hope we dont have to wait 2 weeks, its just such a god read ill go nuts...and i hope the last part come with many new photos as well...

Wow I just read through this whole thread. All i can say is i cant wait for the final part! Winter really sucks in New England so something like this is a great read and i have so much respect for you driving your car in these conditions. A bit off topic but did you have your 360 Spider at any of the past events here in New England?

Just opened the link today and thought I was going to get the whole story without a wait. Oh well. Great story! Looking forward to part 4. Remotely reminds me of the time I had to park my 360 outside and the next morning had to dig it out of a foot and a half of snow. It was quite the site, but nothing like your trip. You actually make it sound like a great time.

Been sooooo long!

 

I am so very sorry to keep this thread hanging. I had another family emergency (I drove a reasonable car this time!) and unfortunately finishing became a low priority. It’s that time when parents grow old and I promised to give them the same selfless care that I demanded for so many years.

But all is well and over the weekend I will wrap up for anyone still interested… I hope it’s not anti-climatic but there are still a few chuckles in the finale.

Billy I hope your parents are alright. Family is by far more important and should always come first. Take your time finishing the story...we will hear the rest of it in a matter of time. Again I hope everything is alright.
