We are going in June. Heard that rain is not a problem then (or anytime on Aruba) and have yet to hear of any negatives. At this point, thinking of the Costa Linda or Bucuti. Both on very wide and nice sections of beach.
    Thanks again,
    Sam

    Sam,

Both look like nice..... I wish you and your fiance a great honeymoon.

The only issue regarding Aruba that you might want to look into is the wind. I understand it can be quite windy.

I think if they don't go clubing with four local boys they can rule out this kind of problem.

Thinking more along the lines of a worthless legal system.....anything happens to you there and it looks like the local authorities don't give a damn

My wife and I got married in Cabo, so we stayed there! Destination wedding was awesome--I'll do it the same way every time.

Me and the breadknife got married at the grand courlan spa resort in tobago in jan o4.Weather was perfect, beach wedding....i would not change a thing..happiest 2 weeks of my life.Got mullahed around the pool every day on brandy and dark rum..perfect.Only problem was the carib beer they had was only in half pints, but i managed to find a jug to keep us going!Oh and i missed the car and the local curry house but that is life.Seahorse restaurant is next door, has the best wine list on the island and you can watch turtles burying their eggs if you are there at the right time of year from your table!

Aruba and the Bahamas are too arid for a tropical Caribbean holiday IMHO...go to an island with a rain forest such as the BVIs, St. Barths, Saba, Nevis or one of the islands off of Belize. The rain forest are neat to explore and will give you something else to do during the day other than lounge around the beach and your villa or room.
