Can anyone recommend companies that re-trim car interiors in leather in the UK? Preferably in the South - Wiltshire? Thanks
Do you want the job done quickly? I've just started shipping things out to singapore to be retrimmed (obviously we take the trim out of the car first ) the cost works out at around 2/3 of the best UK quote's and the quality is fantastic, it takes a month or so to get the parts out there, retrimmed and shipped back to the UK, if its a day to day car thats a problem if its a weekend toy or your restoring the car its ideal if you want any details pm either me or Clive Reed ( Zertec )
Hi Jack, I had the cloth seat of my Audi quattro re-trimmed by Krych Trimming in Bristol recently. The gentleman there did an outstanding job, very quickly (sub 24hrs). He does leather seats and soft-top refits too. They're in a not-too salubrious part of Bristol, but easy to find and (maybe) not too far away from you, though not quite South Wilts. I asked them to use the original rubber heel protection from the old mat and the result - a first class job and undistinguishable from the original. When I dropped my old mat over about 4 months ago there was a bunch of other F car mats on display. Yep they do supply F car items but specifically will not supply mats with the F emblem copies for obvious copyright reasons. Leather work in the two porkies outside was excellent I haven't seen ST advertised in the FOC mag but I only joined 14 months ago so that's probably why. With so much word of mouth work coming in why should they bother add further revenues to the 1 million pound FOC proposed new office!!! He He He He He He he He He He .
More chance of finding Lord Lucan than finding someone who thinks thats a good idea (or is prepared to defend it)
