Hi guys! Have been thinking which to buy, 1:12 Tamiya Red Enzo or 1:12 Autoart Orange Lamborghini Murcielago? An suggestion? I know the Murcielago is limited to 5000 pcs. How about the Enzo? Thanks for the advice :)

    I agree!

But seriously - without having seen either model in the flesh, I would chose the Enzo. Not because this is a Ferrari forum, but because I think the shape of the Enzo would make for a more interesting model to look at, whereas the Murci is kind of this smoothed over, rounded out, blob. No offense to the Murci owners/lovers, of course! It's a gorgeous car, IMO, but for a model, I'll always pick a car with more "lines" - makes it a much more interesting subject.

I'm gonna take huge offense. I would have made the same choice as you, but I'm gonna take offense just the same.

I have both. In terms of built quality, the AA murci is alot better. JUst keep in mind that the Tamiya Enzo body is made of plastic and has a few QC problems which is better to buy at your local hobby shop so that you can examine it. Kyosho is also making the 1/12 Enzo (metal body)but I think it takes at least 6 more mths to release it.

    agree with you

    baggiolee,synergyx, other menbers site

Tamiya is amasing details, I think that kyosho will do not made the same,
but with a metal body it will be strong and it s sometimes it s better.
have got one Hyosho F40, a aprreciated more this car but some details
makes me nervous, belts are not really realist, the color of car is one point to clear, the engines seems so detailled (but more detailled itsould be better)
    also strong and nice car.

Tamiya concept is different, it s seems so fragile, a reason for don t touch it many times put it in the display box and take a look. you will admired the artwork definition, if your are a real passionate in details you will see the quality the pressision in details.

now i don t know about Murcielago, i have seen some pics, it seems very good, and it will be one of my next car i sould be buy next year.

    Happy christmas & 1 miracle for 2006

"c est couillon y avait marqué Enzo sur le tournevis"

Dis-donc, Christian, tu serais pas de Marseille par hasard ??

Pour te faire stresser un peu plus pour ton déménagement, sache que j'ai aussi perdu la tige aimantée qui sert à soulever le capot avant.

    A bon entendeur...
