Interesting. I know of a similar situation involving a Florida car dealer and a Ferrari. Do you have a cite for Florida Statutes or from the the Code of Florida Regulations that you can direct me to? Thank you.

A PPI saved me from purchasing a LEMON, but i know a Broker who was Lied to & Screwed over Big Time !!!
He was told "Too Bad" & Buyer Beware. I hope he recoups some of his Losses.

 

How long have you lived in NYC??? We're supposed to be the most skeptical people in the world, not the easiest to swindle ;-)

Haha! You've obviously never spent time in SE Florida. Most of those people are NYC transplants.

They learn it all up there and then come down here.

Florida is an awesome place!! Lived here 30 years. I have empathy for anyone who has been taken advantage of. It sucks to be screwed. Let he who has never been screwed stand up and be counted!! On occaision, God Knows I've been there too.

HOWEVER (please don't get the flame throwers LOL) I've found 2 exotic dealers down here, one of which I 've been doing business with for 15 years who are honest, and good people. Michael @ Domani Morors has sold me 10 exotics over the years. He's a bit pricy, but his cars are perfect. He's a great guy! Todd, and Rob over at Naples Motorsport are super people too. Just bought my first car from them last week, an 03 spider. These guys have integrity, and sold me a perfect car.

I'm not shilling for these Co's. I have no business interest with them other then buying beautiful cars.

You can't catagorize a whole State, because of a couple of rotton apples. On the whole this is a wonderful place to live, and like anywhere else........ Caveat Emptor.
