Reminds me of a funny story. I used to vacation in the Hamptons where it is legend that one cannot get any manual labor done whatsoever. They simply don't show up. One summer a story went around that some multimillionaire was throwing his weight around and giving his air conditioning guy a really bad time. Finally, the AC guy storms out saying "buddy, millionaires are a dime a dozen around here but I'm the only air conditioning guy that shows up". LOL!
Some independant clarification would always be nice. Good story though.....unless the guy from Rennlist was deliberatily putting them together...heh...or the guy in the M3 has read the same stuff online before and under a moment of pressure lost it in the same manner.
What's ironic is that I know someone with an M3 and 575 in roughly the same area. Glad to see it was urban legend.
I like all of those ideas. But I really like smashing the hell out of the Porsche the best. The lipstick one may be a close seond though
What can I say. I'm clearly in the minority here. I think the truly cool, rich, and powerful would figure out a way to a) not to waste so much money on a jerk for what was ultimately a petty offense, b) not be directly and visibly tied to an assault/accident, and c) be more creative. But that's just me.
Yep. Some guy at a football game last year made some random comment to me along the lines of 'I guarantee I make more money than you do'. I just laughed at him. He was probably 25-26 years old. No matter how much you make, there's always someone who makes more unless you're Bill Gates. Hell, there were probably 3000-5000 people in that stadium who make more than he does, even if he makes 300k a year. I'll never understand that mentality.
What provoke that comment? I always heard the rule, "Those who talk about money, really don't have much next to those who don't." Does it apply to everyone, no (Trump is one-but even his wealth may be overestimated), but I think it's a good view. Also, remember, a person making more than other doesn't mean they are richer. A guy may be spending all that income, and the lesser person has a greater net worth.
He was rooting for the visiting team and I make a smart-assed comment about his team (who was losing). That was his witty retort.
