Ferrari Warranty and fitting a Tubi?

    I am a bit confused, here in South Africa, our Ferrari distributor maintains that fitting a Tubi totally invalidates the Ferrari factory warranty on anything engine related, is this true?

    Have noticed a lot of people on here are fitting after market exhausts so I presume the dealers in the US and elsewhere dont consider the fitment of say a Tubi reason to void a warranty. I cant understand our local Ferrari distributors position on this matter.

    Just looking for input?

    FoOC has no problem with it. They install them. If your dealer is the only game in town, then I'd imagine they can dictate this policy.

    Ok yes but what I am trying to say is do Ferrari themselves have a problem with an aftermarket exhaust because I feel our local dealer is out of line dictating a policy that is quite clearly acceptable elsewhere in the world?

    in Oz, dealer will fit it but tell me it will void warranty.

    No problem in Canada. My 04 360 F1 Modena had a Tubi installed on it immediately by the dealer. Warranty is fully honored by them.
