    I notice these guys all have their passenger-side window cracked open a little. Is there a particular reason for this? (I have a feeling it's not just for ventilation.)

    Knowing how hot these cars can get inside, I wouldn't be surprised at all if they did it for ventilation. My cars were always hot inside if it was anything over 70 degrees.

    I checked other photos I took on the day and most of them have their window (driver's side actually, this is Britain :)) a little open. It was at the end on September but it was a very warm day, so I would say it's most likely to be for ventilation.
