I'll start it off with spotting Alex in his F40 on Scottsdale Rd. this morning. Image Unavailable, Please Login
You'll see a dark blue DB9 every Sunday morning parked at the Mountainview Community center. The owner must be atleast 85.
360 (yellow) on scottsdale near 101. 360 (red) on lone mountain near pima. ALso saw 5 porsche turbos, s600 and bentley gt today. Very good day eh? All I needed was a lambo and carrera gt and it would have been complete.
Saw my first 430 (on AZ streets at least) Young...young kid driving on doubletree in a red couple with new temp tags from Scottsdale Ferrari At least Im counting the months...not the years till mine arrives!..(I think)
I'd bet the kid was the son of the owner of Scottsdale Ferrari. My bro knows him and he drives them sometimes he said. Saw a black carrera gt on scottsdale from pinnacle peak to the 101. Guy was cool, gave me the thumbs up, got a sweet pic of it but can't get it from my cell right now. Seemed like the guy just got it b/c his take-offs were really slow, still mastering that difficult first gear, eh? Had no plates yet.
Scottsdale Ferrari is part of United Auto Group West, a subsidiary of UAG, listed on the NYSE. There is no "owner", just a whole bunch of shareholders. The most significant shareholder (outside of the large institutional investors) is Roger Penske, and he does not live in Arizona.
I'll ask my bro exactly who the kid is when he comes home later. I know he mentioned something about ferrari dealer b/c some kid has driven a f-car to his high school before.
This past sunday was one of the best spotting days: red 430 scottsdale & 101 10 seconds later, red 360 101 & Cavecreek or so red 360 1 minute later, dark blue 360, yellow gallardo and saw a brand new yellow porsche turbo right after the first 360.
This past thursday: Going down Pima in between Dynamite and Pinnacle Peak, bentley gt behind me, ferrari 360 to the right, 360 (both red) passes all of us on the left, along with a new porcshe turbo. Man I love it here, too bad I'm moving soon.
Not up on my roads to well, but ahh scottsdale.... Rolls Phantom and probably the same F430 Red coupe. Where can I see "Alex's" F40?!
