    there is a euro barchetta on the internet for about $75,000.00 less than the equivalent usa version.....($175k)....the car is in the states and has been legalized...any thoughts on this prospective purchase....tanx

    Probablly a scam or a wreck. I would run.

    But thats just my .02.

    my 360 spider is a euro. i've had it for years without issue. i'd check out the car in person and take it to an authorized dealer. euro conversions are really no big deal. after it's out of warranty there is no tangible reason to care. call your local dealer and ask their opinion, that what i did.

    PS...find out who did the conversion and call them, they will know the car's deal and have all of the records.

    there was a thread here 'couple of weeks ago re 2 federalized Barchettas from B-on-B in LAX........one contributor actually worked on the conversions..........some good info it it could be confirmed.......
