    Just before reading this, I noticed I always said six-one-twelve, but this would equate to 6112.

    Darn, thats going to be a hard habit to break....

    OK, so how do you pronounce "Mondial"?

    mon-dial (as in: "dial the telephone")
    mon-dee-ALL (as in: "I want them all")
    mon-dee-AL (as in: "My friend Big Al")

    I have always said mon-dial but I understand that is wrong.

    Birdman

    BTW, It's three-oh-eight as far as I'm concerned!

    Hmmm

    I say:

    360 Three Sixty
    355 Three Five Five

    Having thought about it my rule is:

    if Digit3 = "0"
    {
    Say Digit1 + Digit23;
    }
    else
    {
    Say Digit1 + Digit2 + Digit3;
    }

    Actually, knowing my head its more like:

    Say Digit1;
    if Digit3 = "0"
    {
    Say Digit23;
    }
    else
    {
    Say Digit2 + Digit3;
    }

    :D

    For real Italian tongue-twisters associated (at one time or another) with Ferrari, consider "superleggera" or "supercortemaggiore"!

    5-50
    5-7-5
    6-12
    4-5-6
    The above sounds the best, with numbers but if u say 3-60 or 3-6-0 its not like you are incorrectly speaking the numbers out. sixty or six - zero is still said in the correct english no matter what accent you have.

    Now Italian words on the other hand, like Modena eeek I want to hurt ppl everytime I hear it said wrong, but I guess its not your fault if you are taught incorrectly :p

    Hmmm 1st "feature" discovered...

    Say Digit1;
    if Digit3 = "0"
    {
    Say Digit23;
    }
    else
    {
    if Digit2 = "0"
    {
    Say "O" + Digit3;
    }
    else
    {
    Say Digit2 + Digit3;
    }
    }

    Which I guess means a "300" (if it existed) would be a 3 hundred ... sounds about right :).

    ok, I feel dumb asking this, but how do you pronounce Scaglietti? Mr. Kalikow said it the correct way when we were talking about the car, but I cant exactly recall it fully. I think he said Scay-etti or Sky-etti, but not totall sure. Can someone fill my in?

    Oh and for all those who are still calling it Barchetta(pronouncing 'ch' as in church)-it actually bar-k-etta. Just so you dont emabarrass yoursleves at the next Ferrari meet ;)

    A friend is in the commercial airline industry and it is intresting how they pronounce the name of planes, specifically Boeing. It is opposite of most of us, for instance a seven forty seven is a seven four seven, a seven thirty seven is seven three seven, and so on. The only one I have heard that sounds right is triple seven.

    This is how i say it:
    note: "x" just means some number.
    If 2nd n 3rd digit zero, jus say "x" hundred. e.g. 400 = four hundred.
    If 2nd digit is zero but not 3rd, say "x" "oh" "x". e.g. 308 = three-oh-eight.
    If 2nd digit is not zero, but 3rd is zero, say the 1st digit and treat 2nd and third as one number. e.g. 360 = three-sixty.
    If all three digit are not zero, just say them seperately. e.g. 575 = five-seven-five.
    Hmm, looking back my explanation seems to be awfully complicated ><" haha.
    oh, and i would pronounce Scaglietti as "sca-li-etti" bascially just treat the "g" as silent and pronounce the "sca" part like in "scare"
