I must say there is a lot of animosity coming from your (Yellowmurci) direction sir. Yes I have both bought from and sold several cars to Mr. Morales. I have never had any difficulties. Perhaps I am just lucky. Also true is that I dont make many posts. Is there a need to delve into my psyche as I don't feel the need to voice my opinion or publicly trash someones business? I don't recall "coming to the defense" of anyone. I simply stated that I thought the document I received was interesting and might be of interest to the many people that seem to have posted in this thread. After all, it does directly relate to the thread. I am merely an individual stating my experiences with these gentlemen. You sir, would expect I do the same if I had ever conducted any business with you or your organization.

 

Hmmm… I would have a lot of animosity if I got porked by them too.

I am shopping as we speak (Murci Roadster) and I'll never buy a car from them regardless of the above letter. That means nothing to me… customer service does.

And it's funny how word travels so far... I have told 20 friends, they will tell 20 friends, so on and on. It never ceases to amaze me that some business owners can’t seem to get that figured out. They lose so much more in the long run.

 

Forgive me for not being more clear with my wording. It seemed that the Yellowmurci gentleman was directing a wee bit of his animosity towards me in regard to my initial post. I could however, have misread his intentions. It does seem somewhat excessive to me to launch such an extensive campaign over a "customer service" issue. Does one really submit a complaint to the DMV for poor customer service? I was under the impression that the previously posted letter was the final response directly regarding the Yellowmurci gentlemans complaint. Perhaps I am not fully understanding the gentlemans position with regards to the full story.

 

I noticed you were featured in plush, nice article by the way. Is that the same murci you bought from euromotorsport or a diff one? They article says 04. Just curious as to how they ever responded to you or did they just stop returning calls all together? what about the lawyer letter?

Looks like the DMV letter was photoshopped ...look at the date overlapping
other words, and darker font and poorly written.

 

NO KIDDING! That has definatly been photoshopped. The text body does line up with the header/footer.... not to mention the obvious font and color difference!

 

YellowMurcie, I feel for you, but life goes on, i'm not trying to be a smarta5s or anything, but chances are if these dudes didn't scam you, some body else will. you'll lose that money one way or another.

just like everyone of us, we'll get scamed somewhere in our life, big or small, once twice, or a dozen times.

life is too short to try to fight about it, you've got a good car now, enjoy it and i'm sure you do.

P.S, like the dudes upstairs said, that's some C grade photoshop job.

that takes nearly 2,000 hours of werk to EARN that. if you could spend 20 hours researching and putting together a scam to net $25k in one hit, that's 1% of the effort. do your own maths...

 

OWNED. Definently chopped....not to mention the body text is sharper than the header and footer text. And it doesnt look like it "sits" in the letter like it's supposed to look; appears like its almost floating ontop of the letter.

Sorry about you're experience. You're smart for making a website and spreading the news.

 

We will get to the bottom of this I forwarded this link to the Governors office they seem to be interested in the contents of the letter.. Can you say fraud?
