Man I am just dying to get this thing delivered....

Lambo of Ohio is just getting there Driver/Demo car (from the Miami Dealer Launch). I am heading up in a few weeks to get some driving time in it! That should hold me over for another month or two while I wait. Production deliver to the US is now estimated in March - due to a few delays (was possibly going to be the end of Feb - but that was more hope than fact I think).

    Arghhh the anticipation :)

    Hey Vik - hows the G :)

PS. I have officially put my Gallardo on E-bay yesterday (10 day Auction) - Come on people go out there and bid on it - low reserve! If I don't sell that thing before the Spyder comes in - my wife will have my tail having both Gallardo's... (and one of her cars will be sitting out in the driveway :) :) :)

Hang in there Richard! Although there seems to be delays that are going to push it back to March, look at the bright side: at least it's no longer April, which I thought was a risk at one point. - :)

Can't wait to hear your first-hand impressions in a couple of weeks. Be sure to take your camera!!

BTW - we're going to see Lamborghini of Bergen County's Spider this weekend. Will be sure to post some pics to give you additional angst - ;)

Quite honestly, the best car I have ever driven. Performance to die for, and looks that still leave me quivering. Only regret is that I haven't gotten enough seat time in it because I have been so busy. Put more miles getting it here, than I have since. - :(

Saw the ad. Steller car and steller price given where I know the reserve is set at. Somebody buy it!

Sam, the car is amazing. Here are some sound bites I posted on LamboChat.

Only difference between then and now is that I have actually hit the rev limiter -

I drove the car in Florida. It is, quite simply, amazing. The car is as tight as the coupe.. and I mean tight I mean it's rock solid. There's no cowl shake, no flex, no vibrations... even on rough road surfaces in excess of 140mph. The car is just amazing.. like the Gallardo already is, the car is very solid on the track, I mean, I was doing stupid things and with the ESP on the car would not get loose.

But the car annoys me.. all of my 06s are sold.. I can't get one myself until next year :( (Yeah I know I'm the manager but it's not fair to take a car from a customer so I can buy one).

Whoever has one coming in... you are going to LOVE it. This is the best convertible I have ever driven, sacriledge of sacriledge, including the F430.
