Looks like someone made the "tasteful" additions:

1-Add a cavallino rampante and/or blast FERRARI on it

    2-Paint the top body color

Auction just started and the current bid is 82k, it seems to be in nice conditions, bids may go to 130-140 k

That when all said and done is still a fine looking car, even though i get the impression that their is'nt a good shot of the dash, because like mine it's bald!
Once again will it go the whole Ten days? i think not. Another $120,000 car?

Very nice looking Dino, but the side marker lights have been changed and the cylinder heads are black

i would imagine the sidelights could be changed back to euro spec. all-in-all, this looks to be a great car for a driver. hopefully it will find a great home.

It looks to me like those sidelights are just US lenses that have maybe been glued over the Euro round side marker openings.

If you were Harrahs and restoring a car just so it could look pretty on the museum floor, would you car about the quality of the mechanical work that was done?

I talked to the owner, the Dino is not "musuem quality" or anything close,
it is a nice driver and needs some interior work, paint is okay, drives fine.
a lot of people are interested to buy it the mid-90's and he thinks it may go to 100k...he is going to sell it to the highest bidder if the buyer is in the US because he is little worried dealing with someone in Europe.

Hit the reserve at $85K with several days to go. High bidder upped it three times since then, so if anyone bids against, it's probably in the $90K range to get the car.
