    Does anyone know the torque settings for these please?

    Cam Pulleys

    Cam covers

    Spark plugs

    Air intake


    ANd any other external settings that might be of interest when re installing the engine.

    Also any specific guides on the tensioning the cam belt on a cam belt change?
