That is interesting - thats makes you one out of a hundred that has something good to say about the man - can I assume that in your "seemless dealings" you bought a few cars from him? and the letter from DMV doesnt explain away any of the things that he did to me in my complaint - regardless of that Mr Francis supervisor - Mr. Kelly has re-opened the complaint on EuroMotorSport based on fraudulent claims made interstate. I wonder who you really are - 15 posts in 3 years and suddenly your 16th is coming to the defense of this clown.

 

I couldnt have said it better myself - I didnt expect him to be put in "DMV" jail - but so far my website has over 7000 hits - and I have convinced him to make all of his Ebay auctions private - obviously the man has something to hide - that alone hurts him - good word spreads a little - bad words spread alot - all he had to do was make some sort of gesture on this matter and it would have been closed - obviously money isnt the issue - but the thought of getting robbed by someone like him is unacceptable - luckily I have a good 50 yerts left in me to spend as much time as I can insuring he doesnt do this to any one else

 

Well, I just see it as another good reason to call Roy if you need a Lamborghini. ALL of his feedback is positive, and he's in my neck of the woods.

I must say there is a lot of animosity coming from your (Yellowmurci) direction sir. Yes I have both bought from and sold several cars to Mr. Morales. I have never had any difficulties. Perhaps I am just lucky. Also true is that I dont make many posts. Is there a need to delve into my psyche as I don't feel the need to voice my opinion or publicly trash someones business? I don't recall "coming to the defense" of anyone. I simply stated that I thought the document I received was interesting and might be of interest to the many people that seem to have posted in this thread. After all, it does directly relate to the thread. I am merely an individual stating my experiences with these gentlemen. You sir, would expect I do the same if I had ever conducted any business with you or your organization.

I am shopping as we speak (Murci Roadster) and I'll never buy a car from them regardless of the above letter. That means nothing to me… customer service does.

And it's funny how word travels so far... I have told 20 friends, they will tell 20 friends, so on and on. It never ceases to amaze me that some business owners can’t seem to get that figured out. They lose so much more in the long run.

 

Forgive me for not being more clear with my wording. It seemed that the Yellowmurci gentleman was directing a wee bit of his animosity towards me in regard to my initial post. I could however, have misread his intentions. It does seem somewhat excessive to me to launch such an extensive campaign over a "customer service" issue. Does one really submit a complaint to the DMV for poor customer service? I was under the impression that the previously posted letter was the final response directly regarding the Yellowmurci gentlemans complaint. Perhaps I am not fully understanding the gentlemans position with regards to the full story.

 

I noticed you were featured in plush, nice article by the way. Is that the same murci you bought from euromotorsport or a diff one? They article says 04. Just curious as to how they ever responded to you or did they just stop returning calls all together? what about the lawyer letter?

this how alot of these sleazy dealers thik - they do thier best to get as much out of you because they dont ever expect you to come back - nice way of thinking - thats why except for Mr Daniel there has not been ONE person on 4 forums that had somethign good to say about Gene Morales or his dealership

 

It isnt about the money or the expense or the aggravation I have to go through it is the principle - very simple - I dont care who it is but I will not let ANYONE take advantage of me simply becuase I dont do the same to others

 

I agree 100% just imagine 8000 people read my website so far - how many people have they told? i know of 2 dozen loast sales for these clowns already - I mean how stupid do you have to be to not see that it is hurting your pockets and only going to get worse? Heis not turning his Lambo inventory over like he used to and all the wholesalers that I speak to tell me he is not doing well at all - (and in the end even after going out of buiness he still wont learn!)

Looks like the DMV letter was photoshopped ...look at the date overlapping
other words, and darker font and poorly written.

 

NO KIDDING! That has definatly been photoshopped. The text body does line up with the header/footer.... not to mention the obvious font and color difference!

 

YellowMurcie, I feel for you, but life goes on, i'm not trying to be a smarta5s or anything, but chances are if these dudes didn't scam you, some body else will. you'll lose that money one way or another.

just like everyone of us, we'll get scamed somewhere in our life, big or small, once twice, or a dozen times.

life is too short to try to fight about it, you've got a good car now, enjoy it and i'm sure you do.

that takes nearly 2,000 hours of werk to EARN that. if you could spend 20 hours researching and putting together a scam to net $25k in one hit, that's 1% of the effort. do your own maths...

OWNED. Definently chopped....not to mention the body text is sharper than the header and footer text. And it doesnt look like it "sits" in the letter like it's supposed to look; appears like its almost floating ontop of the letter.

Sorry about you're experience. You're smart for making a website and spreading the news.

 

We will get to the bottom of this I forwarded this link to the Governors office they seem to be interested in the contents of the letter.. Can you say fraud?
