Prime steakhouse in the Bellagio or AJ's at the Hard Rock.
Prime is without a doubt the best steak in vegas.....so I agree with the previous post. AJ's and Nine are also good. For wine list, I'd probably go Alize on top of the Palms!!! Amazing French food and great view of all vegas. Have fun buddy!!!
AJ's is a very good place for some "surf and turf". They have huge crab legs and the steaks are very good as well. It has kind of a cool old school Vegas vibe (think Rat Pack). I took my Father there during SEMA on a comp deal from one of the Executive Hosts who takes care of my buddies and I. We went back recently for my friend's bachelor party weekend and gave the Chef carte blanche. It was exceptional!!! Huge crab legs, wonderful steaks, and great wine (with a cool lounge singer pumping out Old Blue Eyes!). I would recommend it.
Had a chance to visit Galaghers @ Ny, Ny and was impressed. Great service and a fun atmospher. I know it sounds kinda hokie, but the Golden Steer on Sahara actuall was pretty good too. Enjoy!
You may not believe this but the steakhouse voted best in Vegas 12 years in a row is The Steakhouse in Circus Circus. If you can get past the kids and sticky carpet to the restaurant it is like walking into a different world of rich wood panelling with 128 day aged meat hanging for your purvey. The chef's are up on a central plateu and you get to see them at work. I was blown away but always go back and have never been let down. Reservations only and must be dressed appropriately (doubt if they'd let the Paupers crowd in judging by the photo's I saw). Prices reasonable, go for a drink and check it out if you're sceptical. Try RM Seafood in the Mandalay, it is casual downstairs, sit at the oysterbar counter and look up. Quiet and Romantic and a little more expensive upstairs. This is one of the best seafood restaurants you will find in the USA !!!!!!!
N9ne Steakhouse at the Palms is amazing... We Fly there for lunch sometimes... They have the BEST LOBSTER in the WORLD!!! 2lb Autralian Tail!!!
