This is still all surreal to think that the Hawks made it this far. I can still remember the good ol' days of "Ground Chuck" and "the Boz". This is just motivation for next year to take it all. Does anyone doubt Alexander will be back?

Regardless I think it was a great game and they by no means ran us over. I really don't want to start a huge crybaby fest but im going to go ahead and say that the reff'ing for this game was absolute crap. I understand bad calls happen and all that but we had continuous bad calls in vital situations and I didn't see any against pitts.

Regardless Pburg won so congrats to them.

We did great this year, and we have next year to look forwsrd to

I'll bet statisticxally the 'Hawks had higher specs on yardage, passes, etc but they just couldn't seem to get the TDs.

HB had sooooo much time to throw on nearly every passing play, it was a real testament to the strength of the Defense.

Sorry fellas, you should all hope for a better crew of officials next year. Seattle certainly had the team to win.....

We were robbed..... the officiating was terrible.

Maybe we'll get another go at it this fall.

I did get a smile this morning though..... I pulled out a slip of paper which I had written down the numbers from two $5.00 squares that I picked on a game board at my local watering hole last Friday.

I have square 1 - 0, the final game score (21-10), which is good for $200!

Guess I'll go collect the money and fill up the Boxer's gas tank.

Actually Mike, don't you mean pinky rings representing the folks that helped pay to get them the victory!

****...I left enough $$$ in Vegas on the game to cover the cost to replace my windshield......would have been better off going with Gary's bet! Let alone a 2 day hangover ta boot! I'll never bet on a game again after this year....Too many people getting paid off......

Look at it this way. When the game was over the other guys had to go home to Pittsburg. YUCK.

I heard there was a standing bet between the mayor of Pittsburg and the mayor of Seattle.
If we won they would change the name of Pittsburg to Seaburg.........

Unfortunately................if they won we would have to call our fair city.......................................
