I think Chris Rock said it best..... That's right, we got AlDS out there. You think they're gonna cure AlDS? No, they can't even cure athlete's foot. They ain't curing AlDS. F0CK!, they ain't never curing AlDS. Don't even think about that ****. They ain't curing it, 'cause there ain't no money in the cure. The money's in the medicine. That's how you get paid, on the comeback.
I don't see how it could work, I mean AIDS mutates SO fast there's new strands of it coming out 10x faster than the flu, and we have to update the vaccines for that annually.
Gents: Don't get too worked up. A "cure" is in the prelim literature at least 10 times a year, and they never quite work out. Maybe this will be the one, but highly unlikely. I do enjoy the conspiracy theories about the drug companies wanting to suppress a cure. It reminds me of the ideas the doctors know how to cure all advanced cancers but we keep it secret to make more money, as doctors die of cancer at the same rate as the general population.
