If i wanted to make a pic that would cover the whole screen if someone opened it, what size should i chose? I know different people use different resolution screens, but is there a size that pretty much covers all? I want it to be tight, but no white showing and not too much overlap (i don't want scroll bars on the side or bottom of the browser)

    Thanks

    Chris

Wax gave you a good solution
Or you can just do "100%" width instead of number of pixels
Or you can make it 800 wide. Most people use 800x600 or 1024x768 so 800 is best

If you are planning on opening a window or adjusting the size of the browser window, I hate sites that do that and avoid them.

Nevermind, i gave up, 1024 was too big and 800 too small

I'll just have to deal with the white
