I loved the old livery - very distinctive. The new one is a bit strange - the red (must be for Vodafone) is clashing with the Silver and Black
I think they acheived what they have set out to do.... and thats create talk over what is a very differnt design to anything else in the paddock!

I didn't mean it was a toy they shot; just that with all that chrome, it looks more like a toy than a real car....
I really wanted the Orange to stay.....This is better then before....The grey and black was getting very old! Just like Ferrari's red

Too shiny Red with shiny silver (chrome) ...I don't like it. McLaren just went from one of the best livery on the grid to one of the worst. Maybe when I see track pics I will like it better. 1. orange 2. last years livery 3. this
Personally I think it looks awesome. Its so different than anything I've seen before, just makes the car look, as someone stated previously, wild. Mark
Ah hell yes!! The old livery was beautiful and I will miss it, just like I will miss the colors of Sauber and the other teams that have left us, but 2006 is a fresh start for F1 and I like the fresh look of McLaren! The nose is ugly but at least they kept the "viking horns". They are going to be stylin' when their engines blow this year.
They probably thought the same. Maybe looking for a little edge on the track? I personally prefer the Papaya orange. Although it does look like the Jordans on an overcast day, I think it suits McLaren the most.
I liked the old Livery, but the new one is stunning. Good for McLaren for doing something so different.
McLaren=orange Ferrari=red I wish the cars were still painted in "national" colors instead of being mobile ad billboards...

I'll wait on passing judgement till i see it in action. I do agree though, i don't like the red much either.
