    Very cool to finally see it in application. As way back as 8 yrs.(?) ago there was a cover story on Popular Science depicting how the idea could be used to make military jets optically invisible. Not hard to believe that by now there may have been testing platforms already!

    It's totally phony. The background is being projected onto him. Check out some of the other comments. I do recall that Popular Science cover story, and the technology isn't out-of-the-question, but it certainly isn't here in the form of an "invisibility cloak".
