    Too bad we'll never know the statistic of how many batteries were used or how many kids weren't born because certain members spent a wee bit too much time posting "just one more post" before going to bed. :)

    Hmm...

    Is there any way to search by posts per day? I would be interested in this number. I have been around for a while but don't really post that often (although I have met multiple members from the board, including Rob twice).

    oh, as for the 'posts per day' sorting option, i don't believe that's viable as it's a highly volatile aggregate value. what would be possible however is for that value to be calculated once daily and added as a static statistic ( :) ) so that it can be used effectively.

    that's what i'd do if i wrote this software. you listening rob? there's probably a vbulletin hack that does this, should be relatively simple.

    I don't know if anyone takes total user counts seriously. There are a dozen or more communities I have registered for, but might not have visited in months. Only thing sponsors should care about is number of views and click thrus. That is what we publish to sponsors weekly.
