    It's of a real person, Chris Kemp. The 37-year-old Oregon man was arrested for burglary the day after Christmas. He was found in a stranger's home wearing the clothes of the occupant's mother. Read this Gresham Police Department press release for additional bizarre details http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/chriskemp2.html . As for the below mug shot taken by the Multnomah County Sheriff, no, the image has not been manipulated to make Kemp resemble a light bulb or balloon. And he apparently got those forehead scratches during an earlier encounter with some sort of brier patch.

    Every time I see the full-size pic of your avatar I laugh loudly!
    BTW, the briar patch Mr. Kemp encountered is probably the Himalyan Blackberry which, in my experience, is the T-Rex of thorn bushes.
