    After 20 years of designing ads, brochures, etc for teaching institutions I’ve finally hit the wall regarding politically correct guidelines. Our hospital now has an entire department for addressing “diversity” & “inclusion” issues. I can’t take it no mo! No matter what photo I use it gets criticized for not meeting the standards of using male & female samples of White, Black(?), Asian, Indian, Hispanic, Middle Eastern, etc (in the same photo). They always seem to leave out Native American. And BTW, where are the gays? Have I left anyone out??? What do you say to this when you have done your best?

    The only person I know who looks Asian, Indian, Hispanic, Middle Eastern is Vin Diesel, the poster child or racial ambiguity!

    If "African American", so should it be, "Asian American", "Indian American", "Mexican American", “Puerto Rican American”, “Japanese American”, “South American American”? Race by continent, country or island? What about Hawaiians, Pilipinos, & Egyptians? I think I will use stick men AND WOMEN in the future.
    Thank you for your comments & your frankness esp from those of "color" as "white" is just so bland. I may live in the South but I was not raised here.

    I can see it now: Vulcan, Romulan, & Klingon. Life in the Neutral Zone. BTW: I went to a number of Halloween parties as a photographer, as a Starfleet Medical Photographer photographing aliens, etc. Now that’s what I’m talking about!

    PC Trekies meet & greet computer geeks with good faith when they need their taxes done. GO slave girls are of no interest but boy toy Klingons w/ 6 pack abs are a plus.
