Are you related to Micheal? Do you think your car shares anything in common with any of the winning Fcars other than a Dancing Donkey badge?

Lambos were built to be great road cars. Plain and simple.

Like the common mass produced F-V8's? That's what you (general terms) call the Gallardo, a money maker for Lambo. Kind of like the original money maker, the Dino.

    Right on the money. lol

So, how did the Ferrari F1 victories during the 355's production help the 355 win?

It's quicker then a breadbox.......................... Oh, wait, that's ..bigger.

You know, I wouldn't get one... It's way to slow and I'm sure not flashy enough.

In fact, it really just sucks.

    You do!!! Wow...........

I kind of took you for someone who appreciated subtle styling with classic timeless lines. You know, the speak softly and carry a big stick, kind of person.

Ya the 355 design is certainly timeless, in the way a Fiero is timeless.

You have really proved that you don't know what you are talking about. When you drive a 355 everyone recognizes it as a Ferrari. Much like the 328. Drive a 360 around and the reactions are completely different. You get alot of "nice vette" or "ewe that's ugly". Almost evryone across the board likes the shape of the 355. That in a word is "timeless". The 355 will look good many years from now. The 360 on the other hand may not.

The 360 is definitely even uglier than the 355. But i can assure you, that while driving both my 348 and 355, several people asked if it was a Fiero.

Agreed. Good night Allan and good luck on your continued trip to adulthood. By the way my 16 year old son is home now so no need to reply he's taking over your spot now.

After further reviewing of this site and all the info I have found about the 355, I'm thinking of sitcking with my Gallardo for a while or even possibly getting the spyder. To many negative things about the 355 and horror stories about costs to mantain and for what? A slow piece of crap? i have not driven one personally yet but by the sounds of what Gspdyer is saying i don't want to, not to mention the other threads regarding costs involved with the 355. I hope if the day comes that I do get to drive one or pursue driving one it won't be dissapointing. Just my .02 cents.

OK, this Allan-Lambo dude is obviously a total jerk, and has some serious ego problems!

I vote to ban him! Open-minded discussion is one thing, but the vitreol he spews forth is out-of-line>**

Mr. "Hot-Shot" with the need to brag about his multiple properties, automobiles and accomplishments can take it elsewhere. FerrariChat is a classy place to hang out, and he's stinkin' the place up!

Are you kidding buddy? Do you know the meaning of the word 'board troll'? Allan's opinions aren't objective in the least. Check out his profile (or any of his posts on this or other boards), this guys hobby is knocking Ferraris and swinging from Lambo's nuts.

I like to think of F-chat as a CAR enthusiast website, not a site devoted to blind loyalty such that you can't even speak coherently since you can't get your favorite brand's member out of your mouth. Thats why we have a Lambo section, in which many of our members praise the new cars Lambo has put out. Likewise, the many Lambo owners who frequent the site do so because they know we love CARS here, and can share that passion.

Allan on the other hand, seems to use his cars as an Ego crutch. I've seen a video of his Diablo in action, and pieces of the dash fell off as someone was driving it. So much for 'poorly built ferraris'.

If you are heeding the advice of Allan Lambo, you have more problems than which car to buy.

Haha, sure dont take my word for it.. Why would you want to take the word of a previous owner of both a 348 and 355? Take the word, of the blindedly faithfull, hiding behind F1 victories , Dancing Donkey devout. I mean, damn, the best Ferrari is the best one you can afford, so we should all buy 308's and Mondials and hide behind our Donkey badge.

Comparing a Gallardo to a 355, is like comparing Jessica Simpson to Oprah Winfrey. Which do you prefer?

And btw, if youd like to contact Robi who shot that video who can tell you that was a joke, if youd like you can contact anyone who knows Diablos, who would inform you, that the so called emblem that fell off, does not go there.

Thats funny, a prior owner of approx 5 Fcars, swinging from lambos nuts, tells you something, doesnt it?
