I heard the owner was actually French and German; a man by the names of Jacques Hughoff. :)
Fantastic! Crime solved! I am still laughing about this (the German). Why did it take 40+ pages for someone to come up with this???
The German is the key of this story. and Lara wants to solve it. find the car and you find the man..not so far.
...and all this just because of a replaced "blue dot". NEVER replace the blue dot! I suppose all old member remember the famous "blue dot" thread.
The tag is a joke on that one car...it is an Enzo built to the exact standards and colors of Michael Schumacher's Enzo. McLaren did this before with another driver, but I forget his name. I guess Ferrari was worried that someone driving a replica of Michael's car would try to drive like him. Hope that helps
You guys are like the California media... The Enzo does NOT come with that sticker... ONE Enzo owner had the sticker made it put it on his car in place of the airbag warning sticker... ONLY ONE Enzo has that sticker, ONLY ONE Enzo has that sticker, I'll repeat, ONLY ONE Enzo has that sticker...
I'm curious. Do we have a rule here (as on other networks) that, if you don't post within a certain time period (one year, etc.) that your account gets automatically deleted (maybe after a warning)? Hopefully this would clear out the riff raff.
No rule on that as far as I know. I don't post here much because I have nothing to contribute. I would rather not have to add to the noise level. Requiring postings to keep an account active would only inspire more piles of junk to wade through to get to the useful info. Now can we get back to piling on about the wrecked Enzo? Thank you. I will go now.... david
man the news that is comming out about the car and the owner, wow how much can the media twist this around. had that car been going 200+ as all of the media reports are saying I doubt there will be any car left. But again thank god no one killed or hurt. so at 93,000 views this has set a fire on f-chat.
back on topic I found this additional pics from the accident - don`t know if they have been posted already? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
....and a smal video from the Enzo crash: http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-022106ferrari_apvid,0,5271700.wmvfile?coll=la-story-footer (sorry if its a re-post its way to much to go thru)
have you seen the impact against pole, where the motor stoped, and where the second part of the car is. the distances are very big.. terrible view with the second pic and third.
OK i don't know if this Q has been asked before... ...........Just where exactly did that darn Enzo end-up at????
