I use a stylist. Only for photoshoots I art direct though. He does however always manage to get me to change my wardrobe. I think last time he had me wearing leather cuffs. Thats after I found out he was gay.

My girlfriend has a fashion degree, so I generally leave it up to her.

But I can't figure out why she's always asking ME what SHE should wear..

    LOL... :)

I pretty much always wear bluejeans and a t-shirt. I don't need a stylist for that.

This is what wives do. Use a professional.

(No, this is not my house. We're modernists.)

Personal shopper? It must be nice to have so much money that you have to hire somebody else to spend it.

"Nick, Heath, Jarrod, quick....come here and help me spend all this money. I can't handle it all".

My girlfriend actually is a personal shopper. My dad is a client of hers and that is how we met, and I shop exclusively with her now as well.

It really makes it a lot easier to have someone who knows your style and everything in your wardrobe. You are not starting from scratch every time you show up at the store. And they will always be keeping an eye out for certain things that you are lacking or that they know you might find interesting. They will call you when big ticket items go on sale. etc. etc. It's a lot more efficient, cuts out most of the bs associated with shopping.

CMY's comment is right on. She is ALWAYS asking me to pick out her outfits for work, despite the fact that she dresses people for a living. My theory is that guys know what they like to see girls in, and vice versa. I always get the most complements on the stuff that she tells me to wear that I would never have picked on my own.

Mom always has some idea or something to say. I'm pretty good on my own though.
