hey guys, I can't play any music or videos purchased from the music store, it says that I already have 5 computers authorized to play the media. What do I do? HELP!!! I just downloaded the pilot episode to Conviction and want to play it.....
I'm concerned about this too...mine says that I have 4 computers authorized. 2 of them are the same computer - I spilled water on my laptop, and when they replaced the motherboard, CPU, RAM, and graphics card, iTunes thought it was a new computer. Really, this is the only computer I use! It would be nice if iTunes had some sort of authorizations management page....
you probably authorized a computer twice. just de-authorize one that you don't really care about. it's easy.
