    Agree wholeheartedly....

I had a 2002 M3, traded into something more "reasonable" as a part of the "convince my wife that a F-car is resonable" scheme... so I bought a 2004 Z4 3.0 and promplty had it tuned by Dinan....

Then found my 99 Maranello, and 3 months later bought a 2005 M3 Cabrio. Full circle, tricked the wife.... hope she won't read this... ;)

Love my 550, but I can't imagine driving it daily. There's too many morons driving around South Florida. Some idiot merged over onto me on I75 last time I was driving it.

The M3 cab is great. Best overall car I've ever owned. Love the SMG....

And did I mention that I sent it to Active Autowerke for a little....

eh... how you say.... eh-tuning? :D

Jeep Liberty during the week, 328 GTS on the weekend. I like the contrast as well, and I can park the Jeep anywhere and take it to the cheap carwash.

Might go with an A3 or new BMW 3 coupe next year when the Jeep lease is up - my ex 325Ci was a fun daily driver.

Did have a LDV Ambulance - glorious 3.5 litre V8. Upside was it came with lights on the ide for illuminating BBQ's, reversing beeper and 5 armchairs for driver/passengers. Downside was automatic transmission and flames that came from engine block on last few journeys!!

    Now using a Mitsubishi L200.

    CS kept for weekends/tracks.

I drive 182 miles every day (North of Boston, MA to Newport, Rhode Island) and New England weather changes dramatically each day.

Very bad day, and/or salty, with more rocks and potholes:
    '99 Range Rover 4.6HSE

Raining, or sandy/rocky for highway rock chips:
    '01 BMW 740i sport

Nice Dry day, but maybe cold, some salt but dry (20, 30 degrees F):
    '01 Porsche 911 C4 coupe - the beater sportscar
    or
    '98 Jaguar XJR

Good Day and weekends (mostly spring/summer):
    '91 Testarossa
    '79 308 GT4
    '93 Ducati 900SS

All cars are black except for the Italians, which are red.. of course.

When weather allows (I won't ride in the dark or the rain):
    Voodoo Limba

    When I can't ride: 2001 Audi allroad 6-speed

The Voodoo is much more fun, get's better mileage, and helps me continue to enjoy the fit of the sport seats in the 355.
