My ex suffered the same thing. She was a bit of a psycho to began with so on the patch it was bad. Good luck.
Uh-oh. Word of warning here. Once you stop and have kicked the habit you'll probably be really turned off by the smell of it. All of the smokers I know that have successfully stopped are now the biggest smoking Nazis. Good luck to you! And good luck to Stephanie when she decides to quite as well.
Good luck quitting. It took me a few tries, but I did it a few years ago. Tic Tacs got me through the first couple months. Hang in there - it's worth the effort! Mike
Stay strong. I'm at 3 weeks right now and no going back. First 3 days are the toughest. The hardest part was going to the bar and not smoking. But once you get that over with (go with people that don't smoke) you are home free. Plus, my hangovers are not even close to what they were before. I can actually breath in the morning and my mouth is no longer completely dry. It's gross just thinking about that now. Good luck...it's all about will power.
That's something I've noticed every time I've quit in the past and obviously again this time. It's amazing how much of a hangover seems to be entirely caused by smoking.

radbod. Stop thinking about smoking! get your mind off of it. The more you think about it, the harder it will be.
Antony, be strong buddy, I've tried to quit too many times to count, but fight through the first few days, it'll get better. Fight the urge to have "just one" it'll only make it worse. If that doesn't help, maybe this will: Image Unavailable, Please Login
