    Without knowing your details, Im not impressed with his response.

    You have nothing to lose by speaking with the Morris prosecutor on your court date, aside from the unpleasantness of the courthouse environment and a couple hours wasted. Roll the dice brother, dont buckle!

    The town exists as a speedtrap, and nothing else. The "court" is a joke.

    I found another attorney with some local contacts who will hopefully offer some better options. . .

    I was convicted of speeding there because it sounded like I was going fast.

    Get a lawyer. There is a statute in NJ where you can get a point offense reduced to zero points if you pay a fine of something like $250. The key is that you can only use it twice in your life... One other thing, you can't use it for anything related to DUI or DWI......
