Little off topic..and kinda funny Years ago the local Ferrari dealer told me the story of a new Mondial they had received. As the official dealer, they do a PPI before any customer takes delivery. For some odd reason they needed to open up some compartment somewhere in the back of the car that normally wouldn't be opened. Amazingly and with the compliments of some poor italian who must have gone hungry that day, they found his paper sack lunch. Poor guys probably still sulking around that factory floor wondering where he put his sandwich and apple.
benefits... yeah, that's what mechanicking is all about.... do it for life, and end up on benefits....
my dad , who used to work with an assembler of fiat/alfa cars tells a wonderful story about how if the boys on the assembly line are 'in the mood' , they'd put a coke bottle into the rocker panel tunnel before welding it up ......... the car would be in and out of service with its owner complaining of a rolling banging noise each time he accelerates and also when he brakes ......... haha
