What the hell is happening at Denny's?

I don't know about everywhere else, but here Denny's is so damn slow I often feel like shooting someone.

IHOP is twice as fast and their pancakes are better. Another plus for me is that on average IHOP wait staff has 25% more front teeth.

 

And, surprisingly for the name, Cracker Barrel has at least 15% fewer crackers than either IHOP or Denny's.

 

Dennys for breakfast? Gross! Sorry, I'm not a fan of the place.

 

Do they have an unusually high proportion of postal workers?

 

My Dad runs breakfast lunch and dinner restaurants. The employees are a joke and the majority of your customers are senior citizens who order a $4 breakfast and ask for two plates to split it. They order two waters and ask for lemons and sugar and make their own lemonade.

He's converting them to steakhouses, so far much better clientelle and the employees actually have teeth and aren't crackheads.

 

Word out in the streets is Ronald Mcdonald isn't happy anymore.

Seriously, though, there is one Denny's near my office that used to get customers who would come over drunk and stoned once this "saloon" down the street closed for the night, and the patron would cause all sorts of problems until the County shut the saloon down. God, you can't even sit down for a cheap cup of coffee without fear of being killed.
