Don't forget this is a Government document. That like many large corporations have their letter head done at a print shop so the Header and footer will almost always be different than the body.

The date overlapping the Header could possibly have been the laser printer not feeding properly, so you get the over write.

I'm not condoning anything these guys did or defending them. I'm just letting you guys know that in my job I use print shop letter head and run into this kind of thing.

Either way the state should be able to verify the document.

Oh, was this document in direct relation to YellowMerci's complaint? I mean did you (YellowMerci) file a complaint with the state and is that the very same case number? Or is this another complaint that's been settled? If it's the latter then you might try to hunt down who ever it was that filed the complaint and find out what happened to them. It might make for some additional interesting reading.

This may be a dumb question but....................who is Relly Motorcars and how do they fit into the picture with the "wholesale" order on your site? Is that a copy of a PPI performed by a gentleman named Philip Haupt from European Auto Investments? I'm confused. Help me out so I better understand.

I asked a simple question but never got an answer. So, as I was conducting some other business with Mr. Morales I asked him as well. He was kind enough to produce this document. Whoa!!!!! Talk about interesting reading once again. Don't you guys love one sided stories? It now appears to me that the whole website is perhaps based on inaccurate information put forth by a vindictive person with an indifferent attitude. Some people.........

We bought the 360 Spider sight unseen off the internet. However, before sending a dime, we paid a local 3rd party mechanic a few hundred bucks to inspect every inch of the car and take a test drive to make sure there was no funny business. It was sure worth it for the peace of mind as it was trucked from Texas to Cali.

 

Guess I won't be buying a car from them this week.

I would think that in order for litigation to begin, the involved parties must make themselves both readily available to the courts. Some people are harder to serve papers on than others. Perhaps they duck and hide when the real heat gets turned on. Talk is cheap unless its in front of a judge then its court record. The biggest problem I have is loud mouth crybaby types who wish to slander and defame others by means of presenting partially the facts with omitted information and factually inaccurate descriptiopns of the chain of events. Only the courts could and should decide who is in the right.

Why do these things always disolve into this? Who is right? Who is wrong? Who can beat up who? This is petty drivel and it's not what I come here for. I am not an involved party to this squable so take this for what it's worth. Yellomurci had a problem with a dealer and he is relating his story. Do I believe EVERY word of his story? No. The dealer is relating his side and do I believe EVERY word of his story? No. I do, however, feel that both sides should have the right to air their beefs without this getting into a whose dad can kick whose dad's ass. YESH! I'm done with this thread.
