    I'm on internet explorer now but whenever I get on Mozilla and try to save a picture it closes and gives me an error and doesn't let me save the picture. Anyone else ever get this or know what to do?

    what is the error? It might not be a firefox problem

    Are you sure it's not defaulting to the "downloads" pop up window? I find it irritating, but it happens whenever I "save as"...maybe something in that which is creating the problem, or is it erroring before the "downloads" popup comes up?

    hmmm now when I go to tools then downloads it shuts down firefox right away and asks if i want to send an error report. Should I uninstall it and then install it again?

    That is strange - sounds like something went wrong, are you on the new version or a beta platform? I'd uninstall and re-dl it just in case, at least then you've ruled out one possibility...

    I think I have the newest version but I'll uninstall and re-download now.
