Bikini Thread Silver Subscribed Only?

Two thoughts:

1) loss of traffic to Fchat, and the inevitable 'unsubscribed' versions will have to be shot down on a regular basis

2) charging people to see content that may be infringing on others' copyrights could be problematic from a legal perspective.

 

MOVE IT!!!!!!!!

 

I'm gonna' say leave it alone for now unless more folks complain and even then compare that against the total number of users who don't complain.

 

Apart from the legal implications, I'd like to hear what the two main contributors think, personaly I think moving it to silver would be a good idea, Less public facing porn isnt a bad thing (does anybody have any demographics for viewers if the bikini thread?)

I don't know cause I'm a freeloader, but perhaps the good stuff would be on the subscribed side and the family beach pics in the free zone??

I've seen mailings in my e-mail far, far racier that what is in the Bikini thread--not that I've ever looked. Heck, Virginia's Secret advertisements on t.v. are nearly as revealing.
I think if Steve and the 'other' fellow are willing to police the thread, what harm?

Rob, I found this place in my constant web search for all things ferrari. I was mainly looking for info on 328's. I'm happy to inform you that thanks to this place, I have expanded my knowlege of F-cars. thats the reason I'm here. you just happen to have an Off Topic section that I really enjoy. the Bikini thread is in it's rightful place and should stay there.
F-chat is a good place with lot's of classy people. Some of us just don't come here for the bikinis only ya know...

Just leave it, it is pretty tame compared to what can be found with a simple "google" search. Not that I would know, just what I have heard on TV.

 

I can see moving it to Silver section for the increased subscriptions & since logging on is required might keep some users kids outta there, but REALLY, there are worse things out there......just leave it for now.....unless it gets way otta hand.

Excellent suggestion. If Steve and I were granted mod/consulting powers over thread, you could rest assured that only the best would appear. An occasional larger woman for dear Carb would be a gesture of goodwill. And none of those disgusting guy things like someone posted the other day.
