    looks amazing!
i love it but i have to agree with "absent" in that the front does look alot like a spyker and it looks to me like the back is a little ford GTish...
but all in all its amazing!

I too love the Rossa concept and currently own and love the 550.

I have been drawing in my mind a targa-spider concept similar to Rossa but bringing in some 550 Barchetta ideas.
I obvioulsy needed to put pencil to paper.

As for your design, great drawing, and maybe we make suggestions for you to redraw e.g. I prefer the twin taillamps of the Rossa-Enzo (same author Ken Okuyama), could you try that. Seems to better balance the twin exhaust tailpipes.

Sorry I prefer the Barchetta wheels.

The hood/bonnet looks good, I like to accentuate the Enzo style nose sharpening - try highlighting this a bit more, like the Aurea. I enjoyed the vents on the side of the hood, sort of 550 GTC racer.

Have you created a hatchback? - if so great, thats what we need.

Practical question - air intake needs to come from front of car to create ram effect? Yours is facing to rear.

Keep the ideas coming, what did you think of the Rossa idea to display the engine cam covers?

Next question, can we build it on a 550 chassis?
    Regards,
    Ron Furzeland

Just noticed you have kept the Rossa fin and the gap above the fin but you have broadened the fin a bit to help the balance.
I still wonder if its not better to join the fin to the wheel arch in some way?

Very nice looking car. I also like the 599 GTB as it is. Yours would be a nice race version.

yeah, regarding the vents I was htinking more along a roadlegal 575 GTC sort of thing. The 575 has vents there as does 288 GTO. I could always do a version without those and without the old GTO inspired back wheel vent (behind it)

I also might bring the rear taillights out a bit more from the recess or add the second pair.

Though I can't say I like this design more than the 599 GTB Fiorano that came from Pininfarina, there's no question that your design looks pretty good and that you have some real talent... I agree with the others, yours looks like it could be a definite contender for a race version...

I took the liberty of coloring the drawing. painted everything except for the wheels, the prancing horse on the grill and the scuderia sheild.

i didnt change anything but I'm not sure about some of details/lines; so forgive me if there are errors.

Hope you guys like it. It was fun doing this!

Let me be the first critic then.

The design is way too overboard in terms of detailling, therefor it looks busy and very incoherent.

And (and I've noticed that before) your drawing style is somewhat sloppy. I know it is probably just a sketch, but that shouldn't stand in the way of nice flowing lines and more accurate depth and perspective, but, in all fairness, you choose a difficult angle (three quarters from behind and from above).

However, I like the idea of incorporating Rossa-elements into a Ferrari productioncar.

    Very nice looking.

I agree that the back end looks about perfect, but the front is too cluttered. Too many louvers, scoops and complications.

This is my big fault with the 599 as well. Its like Ferrari cannot lay off putting some sort of scoop, spoiler, ram air, louver, or trim line EVERYWHERE. The concept of subtle beauty is totally lost.
