The pic of the Jetta was taken here in Waldorf. He got loaded like that at Lowes. The Lowes guys made him sign a waiver because they refused to load it on top, but the owner insisted. He made it across Rt. 301 and thats all she wrote....

I think he got loaded long before he ever got to Lowe's based on his apparent judgment
